Ramamarks and Ramaline Thermoplastic Road Marking paint are ideal surface marking material that could be used on any kind of road surface to delinate traffic lines

These products are specifically developed in such a way that it could be used for many other purposes like parking spaces, work areas in factories etc.

Application

Suitable for application with Manually or Automatic/Extrusion machines

1. DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Heat the material to 180-200C in the Premelter with continous Stirring till the material becomes a homogenized liquid

Do not heat the material above 220C

Ensure Temperature of 180-200C with continous stirring of material during Application.

Change in colour of material during heating indicates that the material is overheated and should be discarded

Before Application,Ensure that the road surface is clean and free from dust & moisture

For application on concrete roads, a primer coat is recommended for proper bonding of material with the road surface.

For Long lasting retro-reflection, Ensure that the Drop-on Glass beads are dispensed immediatle after the application of material through automatic dispensers

2. COVERAGE

Approx. 5kg.per Square meter at 2.5mm thickness.However,actual coverage can vary significantly based on the nature of Surface & workmanship
